Originally I had not planned on having a part two to the addictions article but after writing the article I realized I needed to add some additional information.
I read this headline sometime ago, A cop in crisis, Nobody knew the turmoil inside Roy Jone’s head, written by Susan Clairmont, Thursday June 30th, 2011. “Constable Roy Jones needed help. Roy was hurting-emotionally, mentally. He was in crisis. But no one knew. Just after 3 a.m., Roy sent a computer message to the dispatcher. “I failed as a police officer. I failed my family. You’ll find me at Battlefield Park.”” Five years later his wife Sharon decided to publicly share about Roy’s life, hoping to help others. Roy was a super fit guy, thrived on his daily routines, he enjoyed helping people, he was driven by perfection, he made to-do lists and if he didn’t check off every item he felt he failed, he was very hard on himself, no drugs or alcohol, that would have been seen as a weakness.
Now read this, Aurum is renowned for its ability to cure the deepest imaginable depressions and suicidal states. This is a remedy that often suits people who are very intense, idealistic and who want to be the best and set high goals. Desktop guide, Roger Morrison, M.D. In homeopathic class aurum was presented as a remedy for high achievers, who put a great deal of pressure on themselves, failure is not an option. Their greatest fear is failure.
When I read the article back in June of 2011, I recognized the homeopathic remedy aurum. I never forgot that article. In fact I wanted to contact the Hamilton Police Department and tell them, not ask them, but tell them they needed to have their officers see a qualified homeopath. Did I expect their officers to sit down with me and state, oh I am suicidal, no not at all. But, by listening to them, a qualified homeopath should be able to recognize the state of someone who could benefit from the homeopathic medicine called aurum. My point, if you have any thoughts of suicide or you have an addiction, there is help available to you. Go to a qualified classical homeopath and have your case taken! Please, you are not the first person and you won’t be the last person to have suicidal thoughts. You are of value, your life is of value, you will be missed if you commit suicide. There is nothing and I mean nothing that is worth taking your life over.
One of the guide lines I was given about writing articles for the Sachem was that I had to write about healthy habits and not just talk about what I do. Sometimes it’s hard to not talk about homeopathic medicine when I know it works. Homeopathic medicine is not just what I do but it is a passion, or more of a mission for me. My mission is to provide information and educate people. Homeopathic medicine isn’t new, it was the first regulated medicine in Ontario. It was the medicine that was used by all doctors before pharmaceutical medicine was invented.
Your mental state and emotional state are as important as your physical state, maybe even more important. Help is available.
